**What We're Looking For**:

- Some prior experience required; however, a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic are essential.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions and adhere to safety protocols.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a commitment to delivering quality workmanship.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from job sites preferred.
