**Assignment Description**

As member of the Core Optimization project team focused on implementing SAP as The Client. enterprise resource planning (ERP) technology, the SuccessFactors (SF) Talent Development SME will report directly to the Manager, Competency Management and indirectly to the Project Business Process Lead.
- You will be responsible for the design of The Client
- Career Development Planning (CDP) modules within SF, focused on the finalization of the Development Goals, Mentorship and Competency design within SF to align with The Client business processes. In addition to the design, and working within an established and robust Project team, you will also be responsible for:

- Ensuring the Business Processes are finalized and approved by The Client.
- Building the test scenarios required for functional unit testing and completing all tests required to verify build and configuration.
- Working with our Organizational Change Management (OCM) team to develop the business engagement strategy for your area, ensure change items are identified, and a communication plan is in place for both HR and The Client.
- Working with our Training team to develop and help implement the required HR and The Clients training for a successful go-live.
- Ensuring all data requirements are met for your modules.
- Working with our testing team to support the definition of System Integrated Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts and testing.
- Working with the rest of the Project team to ensure your modules are successfully being implemented.
- Partnership with your Project Manager and Business Process Lead as well as the Manager, Competency Management and the extended HR leadership team.
- Additional Project support in other modules as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, Learning and Development, or related field of study.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in talent development administration.
- Experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors and CDP implementations considered an asset.
- Located in Calgary with the ability to travel and work in our downtown office.
- Oil and Gas (or related) industry experience (1-2 years) an asset.
- Ability to organize work and prioritize in a fast-paced/project focused environment.
- Willingness to take initiative to improve business processes related to The Clients needs.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
- Ability to collaborate across a diverse group of individuals at various levels within the organization.
- Ability to liaise with individuals across a wide variety of operational, functional, and technical disciplines.
- Competent with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Organizational and process management skills as demonstrated by an ability to manage multiple detailed tasks and drive towards deadlines.
- Demonstrated experience in talent management including program build, competency-based assessments, user administration, data requirements, and issue resolution.
- Communication skills to be able to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.
