**Overview**

**Duties**
- Pack products efficiently and accurately according to company standards.
- Operate various warehouse equipment, including forklifts to move products as needed.
- Assist in shipping and receiving processes, ensuring that all incoming and outgoing shipments are properly documented.
- Maintain organization within the packing area to promote an efficient workflow.
- Perform quality checks on packed items to ensure they meet specifications before shipping.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Participate in inventory management by assisting with stock counts and reporting discrepancies.
- Adhere to safety protocols while operating heavy equipment and performing heavy lifting tasks.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in operating forklifts and pallet trucks is preferred.
- Familiarity with warehouse distribution processes and warehouse management systems is advantageous.
- Experience as an order picker or in a similar packing role is a plus.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) regularly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow packing instructions accurately.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic understanding of shipping and receiving procedures.
