Ce que vous ferez...

1. Garder le secteur propre et rangé, sans débris ou présentoirs superflus, ni corps étrangers ou liquides.
2. Montrer aux clients la manière correcte et efficace d’utiliser les caisses libre-service, si nécessaire.
3. Promouvoir les programmes de l’entreprise, c’est-à-dire les services de cartes de crédit, la protection des produits et les projets caritatifs, le cas échéant.
4. Observer les activités des clients afin de déterminer s’ils ont besoin d’aide.
5. Lorsque des interventions et des vérifications de qualité sont requises, expliquer poliment les raisons et rassurer positivement le client en lui disant que des interventions et des vérifications de qualité périodiques sont un protocole normal pour les caisses libre-service.
6. Réagir de façon appropriée aux alarmes SEA et remplir le registre « Défaut de démagnétisation ».
7. Appeler le gérant au service à la clientèle lorsque les caisses libre-service ont peu de liquidités ou qu’elles présentent un problème technique.
8. Retourner les scanneurs portatifs dans leur présentoir « Scannez et payez ». ‎
