Helical Pile Swamper

We are looking for a few good hands. We have been in the screw piling industry for +15 years servicing the Industrial, Commercial, Institutional, Energy and Renewable markets. We are seeking a versatile swamper with the following skills, interests and experience.
- 2years construction experience
- Acceptance of working in a safety orientated work environment
- An accountable, dependable and respectful character with an upbeat positive attitude
- A natural sense of urgency, responsibility and efficiency
- Interpersonal communication skills interacting clients and others
- Ability to work in a team or independently
- Active learning and ability to take direction and able to read the play
- Attend required safety and tailgate/toolbox meetings
- Complete daily paperwork FLHA’s etc.
- assist with onsite piling installations
- Drive 1&3 ton truck with gooseneck trailers
- loading trailers
- Experienced securing loads to trailers
- Familiar with various hand tools
- Familiar with skid steer operations and attachment connections
- Familiar with Levels, measuring tapes & Laser Levels
- Participate in the daily equipment maintenance and cleaning (greasing, visual inspections, shoveling tracks, etc.)
- able to lift 50 lbs repetitively
- Valid CSTS-09 or CSTS-20
- Valid First Aid
- Ability to work out of town

Preferential Experience: Skid steer operation experience, Skid steer ticket, Screw Pile Installation experience, Foundation construction experience

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 60 per week
