The Project Manager is responsible to lead and manage projects according to the commitment made by Telecon through the contract with the Customer. They are responsible for the delivery of the project and ensuring the project is on budget.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Plan and schedule project activities including logistics.

2. Control project costs and monitor on a weekly basis.

3. Lead Health & Safety procedures on each project and ensure best safety practices are applied.

4. Monitor productivity and recommend action plan to ensure project stays on track.

5. Manage and lead amendments to contracts and claims if required.

6. Manage subcontracts.

7. Ensure proper quality procedures are applied and implemented.

8. Initiate and maintain proper communication between all stakeholders involved on the project : internally externaly and with customers;
9. Participate and prepare estimates for new projects and request approval.

You will need to work in strong collaboration with all other departments and divisions in order to optimize efficiency, resources and equipment to ensure growth opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- College or University degree with PMP as an asset
- 5 years experience as a Project Manager in a Civil Construction environment
- Capable of reading blueprints
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage change accordingly
- Able to navigate process and preform with agility.
- Use organizational expertise and manage projects to reach financial and operational goals;
- Identify and resolve technical, operational and organizational issues
- According to project plan, take decision to meet financial performance
- Capable to lead and influence teams and staff according to project’s goals.
- Participate, develop and implement project strategies;
- Ensure projects and contracts are executed according to commitments and propose plan of actions when required;
