**Role Description**:

- Experience in Customer Relations or Guest Service
- Bilingual language skills (verbal, written and presentation) in French and English
- Advanced written communication which may involve technical terminology
- Effective oral skills, including listening, interviewing and the ability to negotiate when required
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multi-task and manage conflicting priorities in an effective manner
- Strong Interpersonal skills to deal with highly sensitive issues, allowing to effectively deal with conflict and difficult situations
- Demonstrated Relationship Building skills to address urgency of issues and timely responsiveness
- Proactive and positive approach to customer servicing to ensure that all inquiries are effectively dealt with in a timely manner

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience
- Bilingual in French and English
- Experience with multi-unit food, beverage or retail organizations
