Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Gas Technician to join our team. As a Gas Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing gas systems and appliances. Your expertise in appliance repair, mechanical knowledge, and HVAC systems will be essential in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of gas equipment.

**Duties**:

- Install and connect gas lines for residential and commercial properties
- Inspect gas systems to identify any leaks or malfunctions
- Repair or replace faulty components or equipment
- Perform routine maintenance on gas appliances and systems
- Test and adjust gas pressure levels
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines when working with gas systems
- Collaborate with other technicians to troubleshoot complex issues

**Experience**:
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Gas Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of gas systems, appliances, and HVAC systems
- Proficiency in appliance repair, including boilers and other gas-powered equipment
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to weld, build, plumb, and maintain gas systems
- Familiarity with reading and interpreting schematics and technical manuals

Job Requirements
- G2 gas fitter license
- A Certificate of 313A refrigeration and air conditioning systems mechanical is an asset.
- A Certificate of 313D residential air conditioning systems mechanical is an asset.
- Must have Grade 12 Diploma or equivalent.
- Clean and valid Class G Driver’s License
- working on-call as a part of rotation is required
