**Who we are**: Breathe BioMedical is an innovative medical technology company located in Moncton, New Brunswick. We have developed a platform technology for breath analysis that is fast, powerful, and highly sensitive. With our patented breath analysis technology, we are currently developing a breath test for lung cancer screening and researching additional non-invasive diagnostic tests.

**Our mission**: To empower people with a simple breath test that provides early detection of cancer and other diseases.

Breathe BioMedical is looking to hire a full-time technical project manager, who will be responsible for defining project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**
- Defines project scope, deliverables, roles and responsibilities in collaboration with stakeholders and business partners
- Determines and defines clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects or initiatives
- Identifies, clarifies and communicates project vision, goals and objectives and how these tie into, support or impedes organizational strategic objectives
- Analyzes, plans and develops requirements and standards in reference to scheduled projects
- Assists the team in defining, acquiring, and allocating budget, staff, and other resources necessary to accomplish the goals and/or objectives of the program group/function and monitors performance across resource channels
- Establishes, plans, and executes major milestone reviews and decision gates to complete the program and project life cycle
- Manages and appropriately escalates delivery impediments, risks, issues, and changes associated to the product development initiatives
- Holds regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects and updates the appropriate stakeholders as needed
- Provides process improvement recommendations based on best practices and industry standards

**Education**
- Undergraduate degree in science or engineering
- Professional Project Management Certification from accredited institution an asset

**Experience**
- Relevant experience as a Technical Project Manager
- Experience in business process mapping or operational redesign / improvement
- Experience working with quality management approaches, techniques, and principles to ensure quality

**Skills**
- Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies and methods
- Ability to independently manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and project team
- Ability to drive to big picture goals and milestones while valuing and maintaining a strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others
- Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and supervising department teams
- Strong sense of personal responsibility and accountability for delivering high quality work
- Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles
- Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to present a polished, professional, and diplomatic image to all stakeholders
