**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Cut and prepare meat and poultry;
- Prepare meat for sale;
- Ensure refrigerated displays and displays are well stocked;
- Monitor product quality and expiry dates;
- Product rotation;
- Check that the temperature of refrigerators and freezers is adequate;
- Respect the standards of hygiene and salubrity;
- Respect the standard of Santé et sécurité au travail;
- Store the goods in accordance with the rules;
- Respond to customer needs with a smile and courtesy;
- Any other complementary task.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Like the contact with people;
- Interested by natural and organic food.

**ÉDUCATION**

DEP / AEC or Certificate (optional)
