**Job description**

BWC Contracting is looking to expand our hardworking team

We are currently seeking an experienced Lead Carpenter that can take on renovation projects confidently with mínimal supervision. Experience with kitchen and bath renovations is required.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Kitchen and bath renovations
- Cabinetry installs
- Custom tile work
- All types of flooring installations
- Trim and painting
- Framing and drywall
- Demolition
- Other duties as required

**Required Skills**:

- Attention to detail
- Skilled and experienced with finish carpentry
- Problem solving
- Polite and respectful
- Clean and tidy
- Reliable
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Valid drivers license

Compensation:

- Compensation will commensurate with experience
- Company vehicle depending on skill/experience

Industry: Construction

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Overtime

**Experience**:

- Carpentry: 5 years (preferred)
