With a commitment to excellence and a passion for delivering top-tier products, we are expanding our team and seeking a dynamic Territory Manager to drive sales in the Ottawa and surrounding market.

**Position Overview**:
As a Territory Manager at Eastrock Equipment Inc., you will be responsible for cultivating and expanding our market presence in Ottawa and surrounding townships. This role focuses on selling Furukawa Breakers, DEVELON and Wacker Neuson equipment, establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets through strategic planning and effective communication.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and increase market share within the assigned territory.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Understand their needs, provide product demonstrations, and offer tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Use this information to identify opportunities for growth and adaptation.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including service and support, to ensure seamless customer experiences and resolve any issues promptly.

Reporting: Provide quarterly and annual sales forecast reports on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback.

**Qualifications**:
3+ years of experience in heavy equipment sales, preferably in the construction industry.

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Strong knowledge of DEVELON and Wacker Neuson products or similar heavy equipment brands.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.

Ability to travel within the assigned territory.

Strong Bilingual - French and English - Read, Write and Speak.

College or University graduate considered an asset.
