To meet the growing demand for our product we’re currently seeking a Supply Chain Manager. In this role you will be responsible for complete oversight and management of all aspects of the global supply chain, in order to improve operations and maximize profitability by driving continuous improvement and best-in-class execution that maximizes customer satisfaction.

**Your Responsibilities Will Include**:

- Manage the day to day process for the timely and accurate supply planning, purchasing and delivery of products to meet demand plans.
- Manage the freight and logistics process and relationships Create strategic alliances with mission critical partners/suppliers.
- Continuously monitor and balance supply and demand, setting and monitoring inventory policy, proactively identifying constraints and challenges and developing solutions to mitigate impacts, while keeping internal customers clearly informed of developments.
- Manage and proactively plan the flow of inbound materials to meet the demand plans, including considering warehouses, partner’s and 3rd party supplies.
- Drive increased inventory turns, reduced cycle times and improved customer OTD by developing, implementing and managing material replenishment processes.
- Evaluate price trends, new product launches and product availability for cost improvement
- Develop supplier performance metrics and KPI's, including supplier quality, delivery, cost, stock-rates and inventory turn performance.
- Actively participate in Sales forecasting and planning by providing analysis on material supply constraints and overall inventory performance
- Ensures quick resolution of shipping discrepancies, supplier returns, receiving errors, and invoice errors and authorizes all inventory adjustments.
- Oversee vendor identification and selection
- Negotiate and oversee the negotiation of purchase contracts
- Participate in the product development process

**We’re Looking For**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, economics, finance or related discipline
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a Supply Chain-related role in an industrial manufacturing environment with least 2 years in a management role
- Direct experience implementing lean concepts (Value Stream Mapping, Standard Work)
- Experience using supplier performance management best-practices to drive supplier continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong research, analysis and planning skills
- Ability to lead, motivate, and grow a team
