**Duties**:

- Mow, edge, and fertilize lawns.
- Weed and mulch landscape beds.
- Trim hedges, shrubs, small trees, and other vegetation.
- Plant flowers, shrubs, and small trees as required.
- Install gravel and small rock.
- Maintain equipment and vehicles, and keep work areas clean and safe.
- Assist team members in completing work tasks.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Drivers licence.
- No previous experience required, but is considered an asset.
- Ability to perform manual labor for extended periods of time in a variety of weather conditions.
- Ability to learn a variety of job tasks and perform them efficiently in a high paced work environment.
- Learn the safe operation of small engine equipment.
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
- Effective communication skills.
- Learn gardening techniques that produce high quality landscape maintenance standards.

Pay: $20.70-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
