**Job Summary**
- The Residential Program Facilitator delivers day program and residential services to adults living with intellectual disabilities, providing support, training, and guidance to foster members’ community inclusion and self-determination.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Related university degree, Developmental Service Worker diploma, or equivalent in education and experience.
- 2 years’ experience in developmental services, including residential care.
- Ability to relate comfortably and positively with people who live with a mental disability.
- Ability to motivate and encourage people.
- Organizational and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Valid Class 5 driver license. Some use of personal vehicle is required; vehicle insurance must include at least $2,000,000 third-party liability coverage.
- Acceptable, current criminal record check and driver abstract. Clean Child Abuse Registry and Adult Registry check within three months of hiring.
- Certification in Non-Violent Crisis Intervention, First Aid, CPR, American Sign Language, or a Class 4 driver license will be considered assets.
