**Responsibilities**:

- Communicate effectively with clients throughout the mortgage process, providing updates and addressing inquiries promptly.
- Ensure all mortgage files are completed accurately and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate closely with the mortgage team to facilitate timely and smooth mortgage funding.
- Follow a defined process designed to optimize the client experience and uphold company standards.
- Utilize the latest technology to streamline the mortgage process and enhance client interactions.
- Identify and resolve issues efficiently, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
- Maintain a high level of organization, managing time effectively to meet deadlines and client expectations.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in mortgage operations or a related field.
- Post-secondary education is an asset.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Proficient in using the latest technology and mortgage software.
- Highly organized and able to manage time effectively.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
