Job Title: Business Analyst

Location:Toronto,ON

"Skills and Responsibilities:

- Minimum 7+ years’ experience in Requirement Gathering and Analysis.
- Knowledge of SDLC Methodologies. Working experience in Agile methodology.
- Experience in preparing Business Requirements and Process documentation.
- At least 8 years of business analysis in Information Security with a preferred focus on IAM (CIAM, IGA, PAM) projects.
- Business analysis experience for SaaS products, particularly in CIAM (OKTA, ForgeRock), GA (SailPoint, Saviynt) and PAM (CyberArk, Beyond Trust) solutions.
- Advanced experience in requirements gathering, documentation and analysis for CIAM / IGA / PAM tools implementations and integrations.
- Development and execution of testing plans.
- Knowledge of IAM related solutions such as Active Directory, Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Entra, Microsoft Authenticator, MIM, MFA, SSO.
- Understanding of security concepts, cryptography, and authentication / authorization.
- Very strong technical writing skills and project leadership experience.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and customer service oriented.
- Experience working in a collaborative team environment.
- Ability to effectively employ critical thinking and analysis to determine project scope, prioritization of work, work effort and timelines for the projects.
- Able to multi-task on multiple projects and tasks with contending priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to dynamically balance work effort for new projects and activities and assist other team members in order meet team objectives.
- Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal and collaborative skills interacting with both internal and external clients and vendors from both technical and non-technical perspectives.
- A curiosity about digital/cybersecurity the desire and openness to upskill as required to stay pace with the current cyber threat landscape."

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $80,557.12-$120,003.63 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
