**Qualifications or Skills Required**:

- ** Covid-19 vaccination is mandatory.**- Experience working in an environment in the healthcare or hospitality industry and working knowledge of activation programs and mobility restrictions is considered an asset.- Empathy for and understanding of the needs of older adults and/or disabled, including persons living with dementia.- Ability to plan, organize, and and support the delivery of diverse services and special events- Successful completion of a CPR/First Aid certification **(IF APPLICABLE).**- Successful completion of Safe Food Handler's certification **(IF APPLICABLE).**- Successful completion of Smart Serve/ProServe certification **(Ontario/Alberta, FOR MANAGEMENT ROLES).**- A positive attitude
