Hi there, we're Alto. We're an innovative online platform that connects caregivers with families seeking child care. As a vetted caregiver, your role will involve providing personalized support, promoting independence, and creating a nurturing environment for individuals with unique requirements.

As an independent contractor, enjoy the flexibility to set your own availability, choose your own hourly rates, and the freedom to select the clients you work with. We'll make sure that you have access to ongoing support, regular work opportunities, and coverage under our liability insurance coverage.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:
We're looking for caregivers to provide child care for a family with two young children both under the age of 4.
- Delivering compassionate care and emotional support
- Assisting with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Supporting the individual with daily activities and exercises.

**Qualifications**:
To be considered for this position, you **must** have following qualifications:

- CPR/First-Aid certification from a Canadian-accredited institution
- Recent Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector (issued within the last three months)

While prior experience is not mandatory, it is advantageous. We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds who have a genuine interest in special needs care and possess the dedication to create meaningful connections with individuals of all ages.

Pay: $26.00 per hour

Licence/Certification:

- PIC plus vulnerable sector search (max 3 months old)? (preferred)
- Early Childhood Educator certification (preferred)
- CPR/First-Aid training from a Canadian institution (preferred)
