Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Perform account reconciliations on a regular basis
- Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner
- Utilize accounting software, particularly Xero, for financial data entry and analysis
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks efficiently
- Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy

**Skills**:

- Proven experience in account reconciliation and analysis
- Proficiency in using accounting software, especially Xero
- Strong understanding of payroll processes
- Knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable procedures
- Ability to perform bank reconciliations accurately
- Familiarity with budgeting principles

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- QuickBooks: 1 year (preferred)
- Bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
