School Custodian/keeper

**Position**:

- keeper/custodian. We are currently seeking two positions for this role. 2 part time or 1 full-time

**Hours of Work**: (Sundays set up 2-3 hours to go to school to set up before Monday. We are flexible with time for this)

**Monday-Friday 8:30-5:30 pm **(flexible hours). If you are looking for partime please let the interviewer know.

**Salary**:$20-$24 per hour or full time annual salary option if carrying a full time schedule.

**Commencing**: Starting immediately

Previous school experience is an asset. Must have patience for children and be highly organized, and meet deadlines while multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment. - Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision

- Clean and maintain assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, and common areas
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Clean and sanitize restroom fixtures and replenish supplies
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when supplies need to be replenished
- Follow established safety procedures and use personal protective equipment as required
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel

'''Experience'''
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment is a plus
