We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to oversee the construction process from inception to completion, ensuring successful project delivery.

**Responsibilities**:

- Project Management: Take ownership of solar construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting. Coordinate with cross-functioning teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Employee & Contractor Management: Collaborate with employees, subcontractors, suppliers and vendors to ensure smooth coordination and execution of construction activities. Evaluate employee and contractor performance, negotiate contracts and resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process.
- Site Supervision: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, enforce safety protocols, and ensure compliance with project specifications and local regulations. Provide guidance and support to construction teams, addressing any technical or logístical challenges.
- Quality Control: Implement and maintain rigorous quality control processes to ensure the installation and construction of solar systems meeting and exceeding customer and industry standards. Conduct inspections and audits to verify compliance with design plans and specifications.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and as-built drawings. Prepare comprehensive reports on project status, identifying any risks or delays, and propose appropriate solutions.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including clients, permitting agencies and the executive team. Foster positive relationships, provide regular project updates, and address any concerns or inquiries properly.
- Design and implement employee training methods to help employees grow and develop the skills necessary to move up in the organization.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in construction management, business management, project management or a related field, including but not limited to; electrical & civil engineering, journeyman electrician.
- Proven experience in managing solar construction projects, including site supervision and contractor management.
- Strong knowledge of solar photovoltaic systems, construction techniques, and industry best practices.
- Familiarity with relevant codes, regulations, and permitting processes.
- Excellent people and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Must be able to read a room.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
