**Position Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Maintain and support a Hybrid Microsoft Exchange and Office 365
- Staff onboarding support
- Hardware procurement
- Hardware and software configuration
- PC/laptop configuration and deployment
- Provide Second/Third Level Support for Infrastructure Related Inquiries
- Maintain and support a VMware ESX environment
- Maintain and support a Nimble Storage SAN environment
- Support enterprise backup and recovery processes and disaster recovery plan
- Assist in updating disaster recovery and business continuity plans
- Server management and monitoring
- Network management and monitoring
- Maintain and support a VMware VeloCloud SD-WAN environment
- Maintain and support a Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop environment
- Manage company web presence and domain hosting accounts
- Other duties as assigned

**Education and Experience**
- 5 years of experience in similar role
- Certificate or degree from a recognized post-secondary institution in information technology is preferred

**Qualifications**
- Microsoft MCSE
- Cisco CCNA or Network+ or equivalent
- Quick learner
- Desire to help others, positive attitude and demeanor
- Passion for all things cool and ITYou may even have a test environment at home where you play with all the latest and greatest tools

**Work Environment**
- We offer a hybrid work environment
- To provide support to our Head Office users as well as support our DR environment, this role will be filled from the Langley / Vancouver area
