Ce que vous ferez...

1. Sélectionner et préparer efficacement les commandes d’articles provenant de secteurs soumis à différentes températures. Être attentif pour assurer une livraison de qualité optimale aux clients.
2. Emballer les commandes en portant une grande attention aux détails afin de sélectionner les bons produits, les quantités exactes et les bons codes de produits.
3. S’assurer que les produits sélectionnés sont de la plus haute qualité, c.à-d. non endommagés, le plus frais possible, etc.
4. Étiqueter et documenter correctement toutes les commandes en utilisant les bons documents : listes et détails d’emballage, étiquettes d’expédition, etc.
5. Optimiser l’usage des bacs lors de l’emballage des commandes en utilisant l’espace efficacement tout en veillant à ne pas compromettre la qualité des produits.
6. Rechercher l’équilibre entre les responsabilités liées aux échanges avec les clients et celles liées à la prestation de services, y compris la résolution de problèmes.
7. Veiller au strict respect des normes de sécurité et d’hygiène alimentaire, notamment en maintenant un espace de travail propre et hygiénique. Les déversements et les débris doivent être immédiatement nettoyés. Tous les bacs servant à l’expédition doivent être propres et exempts de débris. Utiliser l’équipement de manutention de manière sécuritaire et responsable, et s’assurer que toutes les vérifications de sécurité ont été effectuées avant l’utilisation. Adopter des comportements conformes à la mission et aux valeurs fondamentales de l’entreprise.
8. Participer aux initiatives d’amélioration continue en suggérant des changements à apporter, entre autres, aux procédures opérationnelles, aux normes de productivité et d’efficacité, de la satisfaction de la clientèle, de la sécurité, des conditions de travail et celles relatives à la qualité. Faire preuve de souplesse dans l’exécution des tâches selon les demandes des clients. Respecter les horaires de livraison quotidiens. ‎
