**What to Expect**:
Your role will involve assisting in the management of all Indirect Material Procurement. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing a thorough understanding of the Procurement processes and Inventories at the local Distribution Center. Your key responsibilities will include analyzing and reporting on inventory levels of Assets and the Chep program, ensuring success for all team members within the warehouse.

**A day in the life**:

- Support Distribution Center operations and Indirect Spend department.
- Collaborate with Distribution Center manager on annual budget requirements.
- Ensure timely invoicing and payment for goods received.
- Manage vendor maintenance system and documentation for Nestle Purina.
- Oversee Chep program, inventory counts, finished goods donations, and disposal processes.

**Role Requirements**
- High school diploma or equivalent college diploma. BA degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-paced distribution environment with a computerized warehouse management system.
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

**Preferred Skills**
- Experience in a unionized warehouse environment preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and time management skills.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and customer service focus.
- Excellent prioritization and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- SAP experience preferred.
