IT Analyst

_Technical Responsibilities:_
- Support the team in addressing technical issues and delivering high-quality customer service
- Respond to customer questions and escalate issues as required
- Investigate and resolve customer issues and communicate with internal resources to resolve challenging issues
- Enter accurate information in the ticketing software solution used by the company and follow up as needed
- Communicate effectively with customers and members of the Surrogate team.
- Work independently and, where necessary, draw on internal resources to seek input on questions, problems, or issue clarification
- Plan, prioritize and organize workload
- Commitment to building strong customer relationships
- Travel independently to client locations
- Credentials and Additional Skills_
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Networking, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related technical field. However, experience counts. If you have equivalent experience, we want to hear from you.
- Ability and interest in growing as an IT professional.
- Experience performing moderately complex installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of networked devices (servers, workstations, firewalls, switches, mobile devices, printers).
- Customer service experience and ability to resolve moderately complex technical issues, providing accurate analysis and suggesting appropriate solutions.
- Strong interpersonal, problem solving and organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of the following are considered an asset:_
- Microsoft Server and Desktop environments
- Networking
- Customer service techniques
- Virtualization technologies (Hyper-V, VMWare)
- Be flexible and willing to work some evenings and weekends
- Be interested in improving their skills through professional development
- Have a driver's license
- Be courteous and professional

**Salary**: $35,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
