Our League Associates are an essential ingredient to the success of our leagues. They go above and beyond each and every day to ensure 100% of the games are played each and every night

The majority of your time will be spent focusing on the following tasks and projects:

- Ensuring that 100% of league games get played each day.
- Executing of leagues, ensuring all games run smoothly and efficiently.
- Selling of leagues and programs to individuals and captains.
- Establishing a relationship with players and the community to support our growing brand.
- Assisting with walk-in player traffic.
- Helping solve discipline and injury issues that may arise during game
- Engaging with players each and every shift to ensure they are having the best possible experience before, during, and after the game.
- Managing sports leagues in the field 3-4 nights a week on the ground in Winnipeg MB to help with league set up tasks, training part-time staff and ensuring an amazing player experience.
- Assisting with other customer experience tasks as needed.

- Willingness to approach and chat with our vendors, facility partners etc. and maintain positive relationships with all contacts.

- Taking care of the little details first makes putting on a big show easy
- Must have incredible attention to detail and be a quick learner

Go Getter
- Be confident and motivated to call on and/or meet/work/deal with members, head office staff, and facility staff.
- Hardworking attitude. You are known for taking initiative.

Think Outside the Box Mentality
- We’re not looking for mediocre and old-school here. We want someone who has fresh ideas, can work on their own without being micromanaged, and is good at developing and maintaining relationships with our venue partners

Perfectly Seasoned
- We are looking for someone who has past experience in operations and customer service.

Well Spoken & Written
- You will need to be able to clearly articulate and communicate with the team on a day to day
- Knowledge of a wide variety of sports rules and formats is an asset

Quick On Your Feet
- Confidence in your ability to take control of a situation with a flair for being resourceful.
- Strengths in planning,  decision making, and creative problem solving.

Driver's License
- A valid driver's license and access to your own vehicle is mandatory

EXPECTED HOURS
- You will be working 37.5 hours per week.
- The majority of your time you will be working 12:00-8:00pm Monday-Thursday and 9:00am-5:00pm on Friday, with some weekend work occasionally.

COMPENSATION
- $40,000-$45,000 CAD annual salary
- 10 Vacation Days and 10 Personal Days to start
- Complimentary league play
- Eligible for RRSP program after 3 months of employment
- GO PLAY Days throughout summer months (That’s our version of “summer hours”. Account for your Friday afternoon hours elsewhere in your work week, pre-book your Go Play Day off with your team leader and go PLAY)
