Client Service Representative

Working in a team environment, you will be responsible for handling all the administration for a client request from inception to completion,

You will utilize multiple computer programs, (CRM), creating multiple documents and reports while working cohesively with Sales, Logistics and Operations. You will work closely with Sales and manage customer contracts, quotes, customer service agreements
- including SOW checklists on key accounts.

You will provide your administrative expertise and leadership to support/coordinate activities, deal with issues & concerns and maintain overall Client Service Department objectives with orders and contracts and the Sales Department.

**Qualifications & Knowledge**:

- Min 2 yrs experience working in a multi-tasked administrative/client service position
- College Diploma or University degree in Business.
- Excellent administrative, computer sills & proficiency with Microsoft Office (word/excel); and working with CRM systems.
- Strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced changing environment.
- Exceptional listening skills. Ability to demonstrate patience and empathy while maintaining professionalism.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
