**Major Responsibilities**
- Software Deployment and Support_
- Respond to help desk tickets and provide timely resolution to user problems.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for software issues, especially license issues.
- Deployment software in customer’s IT environment.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical issues.
- Determine root cause for software issues and develop practical, efficient, and permanent technical solutions if feasible.
- Assist with computer networking tasks, including setting up and maintaining network connections Determine process improvements, best practices, and develop new processes related to the scope of software deployment.
- Other Duties_
- Work in close partnership with cross-functional teams and management.
- Support sales activities when needed.
- Communicate key project data to team members and building cohesion among teams.
- Create technical documents that outline the purpose, capacity, and guidelines attached to each assigned project if any.

**Requirements**:

- Basic Qualifications_
- Post secondary degree in computer science or relavent filed.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong IT knowledgebase and troubleshooting techniques.
- Experience working with various Siemens software (TeamCenter, eMServer, NX, etc.,).
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, configurations, troubleshooting and resolutions.
- Experience working with Microsoft Azure products.
- Basic knowledge of coding or scripting to automate tasks.
- Preferred Qualifications_
- Experience working with miscellaneous cloud serves (i.e. AWS).
- Experience configuring Active Directory (and Microsoft Entra).
- Experience setting up various server architectures (TomCat, Microsoft IIS, etc.).
- Experience working with databases.
