Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Aesthetician to join our team. Renting a room As an lash tech or Aesthetician, you will be responsible for providing professional skincare treatments and services to our clients. If you have a passion for beauty and wellness, excellent communication skills, and a strong customer service orientation, we want to hear from you.

**Duties**:

- Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and waxing
- Provide expert advice on skincare products and regimens
- Conduct skin analyses to recommend personalized treatments
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment rooms and equipment
- Educate clients on proper skincare techniques
- Promote retail sales of skincare products
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure exceptional customer service

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as an Aesthetician or similar role
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients
- Knowledge of retail sales in the beauty industry
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service in a hospitality or front desk setting
- Familiarity with sanitation standards and practices in a spa environment
