Caregiver Capacity Builder

**Are you passionate about working with families? We are too and would love for you to join our team. We work with families in the Mackenzie County increasing parent’s understanding of child development and parenting.**
**Objective**: The purpose of role is to provide programming and support to families with children 0-18 years of age, to promote healthy child development; caregiver capacity-building; family resilience; and community connections, using a combination of universal, targeted and intensive program delivery models.
**Qualifications and abilities required**:
Ø A combination of education and experience to successfully perform the essential duties of the job as described above.
Ø Ability to facilitate to a group
Ø Comfortable working in-home with clients
Ø Ability to organize complicated service delivery schedules, multi-task and remain flexible to changing work priorities.
Ø Ability and willingness to travel throughtout the Mackenzie County
Ø Excellent written and verbal communication as well as interpersonal skills.
Ø Ability to work independently and in a team setting
Ø Valid driver’s license, clear abstract, clear Criminal Record and Child Welfare Information System Check
Flexible working hours
**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
