Job Overview:
We are seeking experienced Roofers to join our team. As a Roofer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining roofs on various types of buildings. This is a physically demanding role that requires heavy lifting and working at heights.

**Responsibilities**:

- Install and repair roofs using various materials such as shingles, tiles, or metal
- Measure and cut roofing materials to fit specific dimensions
- Remove old roofing materials and prepare the surface for new installation
- Inspect roofs for damage and determine the best course of action for repairs
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete roofing tasks
- Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations while working at heights

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Roofer or in a similar role is preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and follow specifications
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
- Knowledge of carpentry techniques and maintenance person skills
- Familiarity with various hand tools used in roofing projects
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot roof issues

Note: This position requires working outdoors in various weather conditions.
