**Position Summary**:
COVID clause: As a health and wellness organization, the First Nations Health Authority has aligned with the Provincial Public Health Order released on October 14, 2021. We have a mandatory COVID-19 vaccination policy for all employees at First Nations Health Authority. This policy requires all employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. If selected for employment, you will be required to provide proof of vaccination by providing a copy of your BC Vaccination Card Passport with the QR code.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identifies barriers and root causes of issues and performance gaps throughout the region in regards to information management, including the privacy and security of personal and corporate information and the principles of OCAP.
- Engage in knowledge and best practice exchange management particularly in the area of First Nations Information Governance.
- Support research, provide synthesis, analysis and recommendations and manage projects and initiatives to support nation and regional priorities related to data and knowledge.
- Coordinates qualitative and quantitative research through literature reviews, surveys, and in-depth interviews and interactions with other internal FNHA departments, communities, federal and provincial health partners, Health Directors, and other related stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- University degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1-2 years of related working experience
- Experience training/teaching peers and clients
- Experience in the health field and/or working with First Nations is preferred

**Knowledge, Skills & Attributes**:

- Proven analytical skills and demonstrated ability to achieve high level of accuracy
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proven ability to set priorities effectively, and problem solve
- Must be detail driven and possess excellent time management skills
- Must have excellent organizational skills and be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external contacts
