Connected Montreal is looking for a reliable person, who is available on weekends, to join our maintenance team for preparation and repair of our rental homes. Our homes are located in the downtown core.

**Job Responsibilities and tasks**:
**We are looking for a responsible, loyal, honest, dedicated and good spirited person, that also wants to grow in the company, to take care of weekend tasks such as repairs, house maintenance, service calls, material purchasing, cleaning ,and more.**

**Qualifications: Must have general knowledge of plumbing, electrical, tiles, repairs, paint, plastering and have some tools.**

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour
