We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to assist with the organization and operation of our company's parts inventory. As a Parts Inventory Assistant, you will be responsible for organizing and stocking inventory, keeping it clean, and entering inventory data for cost tracking. Additionally, you will be responsible for cycle counting and reconciling inventory stock and generating reports.

In addition to assisting with the parts inventory, you will also be responsible for assisting with the administration of our safety program. This will include updating and posting documents, as well as keeping track of PPE stores.

The job will also entail general maintenance of the grounds, including weed whacking, cleaning up the shop area, and performing miscellaneous maintenance tasks.

As this is a split role, duties will include providing assistance to our quality control department with the sampling and testing of materials. Prior lab experience is not a requirement of the position and training will be provided as necessary.

Lastly, you will be responsible for picking up and delivering parts at our various vendors and jobsites around the capital region. A valid driver's license is required for this position.

**Requirements**:

- Basic understanding of Excel
- Physical fitness
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to frequently lift objects in excess of 40 lbs

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
