**In your role, you will**:

- Ensure the proper planning of the daily operations of our sector and follow up on them.
- Report and analyze various indicators related to productivity, quality, health and safety, absenteeism, etc.
- Resolve issues efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Ensure communication with other departments for any problems or improvements related to their sector.
- Ensure continuous improvement using the concepts of operational excellence and the problem-solving process.
- Track your employees' training and evaluate their performance and progress.
- Promote a work environment based on teamwork and open communication.
- Exercise your leadership while respecting the vision and values of the material organization and of Bombardier.
- Coach your team to develop talent in the organization.
- Go and see before, during and after the procedures as needed.
- Participate in the development of annual budgets and meet deadlines.
- Keep your team's training up to date.
- You have a DEP or a bachelor's degree combined with a minimum of three years of experience in a maintenance environment.
- You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in management.
- You master the Lean concepts.
- You master Maximo and MS office (Word, Excel, Power Point) Outlook.
- You have good communication skills in French and English.
- You have a good ability to make decisions and mobilize your staff.
