Fishbone Restaurants known as a leader in Upscale Dining within the Simcoe Muskoka and York Regions, is searching for a talented, ambitious, driven and detailed Chef de Cuisine for our newest Restaurant in Aurora, The Monterey.

We are a Hospitality driven restaurant, providing a smaller menu that is focused on doing what we do, well.

Our properties have been voted OpenTable Top 100 in Canada every year since 2016.

The Monterey is focused on smaller plates, and weekend brunch in a 50 seat dining room.

Must have tremendous attention to detail with plating, organization, managing and mentoring staff, have understanding of financials, Food Cost controls and Labor Cost Management.

Base Salary, Gratuities, Bonus Structure, Cell Phone Allowance, Group Benefits.

This position calls for roughly 50 hours weekly

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
