Rockstar Music is a network of university educated musicians, teachers and recording industry professionals. We provide private, one-on-one, online and in-home music lessons, as well as community-based music programs, like Rock Bands and Uke jams.

We are currently looking for a Violin Instructor to join our team.

**Requirements**:

- Access to a reliable vehicle to get to and from lessons
- Reliable, patient, open-minded and enjoy working with children
- Able to work independently with limited to no supervision
- Able to teach technique and repertoire in a fun, engaging manner
- BA Music or completion of ARCT is considered an asset
- ECEs & Ontario Certified Teachers are encouraged with rate premiums

**Responsibilities**:

- Encourage the joy of making music
- Help students develop the discipline and commitment required for success
- Make learning just as fun as making music itself
- Building a strong relationship with the students to better help them succeed
- Give brief feedback to parents at the end of every lesson
