**Key Responsibilities**:
- Analyze and interpret data from multiple online marketing channels (e.g., PPC, social media, display ads, SEO) to identify trends, measure performance, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports that track KPIs such as lead generation, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost, and ROI across campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including media buyers, content creators, and developers, to refine campaign strategies and optimize user journeys.
- Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to identify the most effective creative, copy, and targeting strategies.
- Leverage analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and various marketing automation platforms to deliver actionable insights.
- Provide detailed analysis of user behavior, website performance, and customer funnel metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
- Stay current with emerging trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing analytics and ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing analysis or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Data Studio).
- Familiarity with SEO/SEM, paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta), and marketing automation software.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
