Swim Instructor

**Responsibilities**:

- Educate and instruct individuals of all ages in swimming techniques and water safety
- Develop and implement lesson plans based on the skill level and goals of each student
- Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for all participants
- Evaluate and track the progress of each student, providing feedback and guidance for improvement

**Experience**:

- Previous experience as a swim instructor or lifeguard is preferred
- Strong knowledge of swimming techniques, strokes, and water safety practices
- Excellent communication skills to effectively teach and interact with students of various ages and abilities
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles
- Standard First Aid certification is required
- Lifesaving Swim Instructor certification required
- NLS (National Lifeguard-Pool) Preferred.
