Job Title: Store Associate (Full Time)
Location: Ottawa CF Rideau Centre
Reporting to: Store Manager

The **Full Time Store Associate** is the customer service specialist of the store. They are responsible for exceeding customer expectations by listening to customer needs, finding products that meet their needs and providing in-depth information about our products.

**Requirements**:
- **Full Time** Store Associates must be able to work **more than 32 hours** per week based on business needs, average work week may comprise of up to **40 hours per week.**:
- Previous team leading and customer service experience preferred.
- Willingness to learn, ability to take initiative and able to take on leadership roles.
- Must have strong communication skills.
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
- Willing to relocate temporarily for training purposes in Toronto (April to May 2023) - UNIQLO bears costs of temporary relocation for training.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide excellent and courteous customer service to maintain and reflect UNIQLO’s values, mission and vision.
- Meet and exceed sales expectations.
- Continuously remain knowledgeable with the company’s brand, products and any current store promotions and/or advertisements.
- Monitor and replenish floor stock while maintaining store cleanliness.
- Understand, respect and follow the company’s code of conduct.
- Process various payment transactions using a Point of Sale (POS) System.
- Upkeep fitting rooms to store standards and assist customers whenever needed.

L’**associé de magasin à temps plein** est le spécialiste du service à la clientèle du magasin. Il prend la responsabilité de dépasser les attentes des clients en étant à l’écoute, en trouvant des produits qui répondent à leurs besoins et en fournissant des informations détaillées sur nos services et produits.

**Conditions requises**:
- Les associés de magasin à **temps plein** doivent être en mesure de travailler **plus de 32 heures par semaine **selon les besoins de l’entreprise**,** en moyenne pouvant comprendre jusqu’à **40 heures** de travail par semaine.
- Expérience précédente en gestion d’équipe et service à la clientèle est un atout.
- Volonté d’apprendre, capacité à prendre des initiatives et être en mesure d'endosser des responsabilités de gestion et de supervision.
- Doit avoir de solides compétences de communication.
- Doit être légalement admissible à travailler au Canada.
