Description:
We are an authentic Japanese tonkotsu ramen restaurant seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic part-time server to join our team at our Bois-Franc location with the **availability to work during the weekdays on lunch and night shifts. **As we prepare for two exciting upcoming events - Ramen Ramen fes and MTL à Table event - we are looking for someone who can start immediately

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
- Assist with food preparation and plating when needed
- Clear and sanitize tables after guests have finished dining
- Assist with bussing tables and resetting them for the next guests
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required
- Strong guest relations skills with the ability to provide exceptional service
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and handling techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent math skills for accurate order taking and cash handling
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills to interact with guests, kitchen staff, and management

Language requirements:

- Fluent in both English and French

Description:

Responsabilités:

- Accueillir et accueillir les invités de manière amicale et professionnelle
- Prendre les commandes de nourriture et de boissons avec précision et efficacité
- Livrer la nourriture et les boissons aux tables en temps opportun
- Assurer la satisfaction des clients en fournissant un excellent service client
- Aider à la préparation et au dressage des aliments en cas de besoin
- Nettoyer et désinfecter les tables une fois que les invités ont fini de manger
- Aider au transport des tables et à leur réinitialisation pour les prochains invités
- Collaborer avec le personnel de cuisine pour assurer le bon déroulement du service
- Gérer les transactions en espèces et faire fonctionner la caisse enregistreuse avec précision
- Maintenir une zone de travail propre et organisée

Qualifications:

- Une expérience antérieure dans l'industrie hôtelière est préférable mais pas obligatoire
- Solides compétences en relations clients avec la capacité de fournir un service exceptionnel
- Connaissance de base des techniques de préparation et de manipulation des aliments
- Capacité à travailler dans un environnement en évolution rapide tout en gardant le souci du détail
- Excellentes compétences en mathématiques pour une prise de commande et une gestion précise des espèces
- Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois et à prioriser efficacement les tâches
- Solides compétences en communication pour interagir avec les invités, le personnel de cuisine et la direction

- Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français
