**Job Location**:The RBC Canadian Open takes place from **June 2-8, 2025**at **TPC Toronto at Osprey Valley.**
**Description**: We are seeking dedicated, professional, and charismatic individuals to join our team as VIP Staff. If you have a background in high-end hospitality and a passion for delivering exceptional, personalized service, we want to hear from you.
We are hiring Bartenders, Servers, Hosts and more to provide a seamless and luxurious experience at one of the major sporting events of the year.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Deliver top-tier service to guests, ensuring their experience exceeds expectations.
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure seamless service.
- Maintain a polished, well-groomed appearance, and uphold company standards at all times.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns in a courteous, efficient, and professional manner.
**Requirements**:
- SmartServe Certification for all positions.
- Proven experience in a customer service or hospitality role.
- Brand ambassadors experience an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism.
- Flexibility and availability, including weekends and evenings.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 1 week
Schedule:
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
