**Join Our Dynamic Property Management Team in Milton**

Are you a detail-oriented, handy, and customer service superstar with a knack for getting things done? We’re looking for you to join our team at Renti®, where you’ll have the flexibility to work 4 hours a day, Monday to Friday, with start times that suit your schedule (choose a regular schedule from 8-12, 8:30-12:30, 9-1, or 9:30-1:30).

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Utilize our Client Management System to track and manage our tenants, landlords and properties.
- Maintain organized property files and documentation.
- Support managers with various administrative tasks.
- Assist in managing tenant relations and addressing inquiries or concerns.
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records of property management software such as Yardi.
- Collaborate with the leasing team to ensure easy on-boarding of new tenants and move-out of existing tenants.
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants, landlords and service providers.
- Support sales efforts by preparing move-in transition for tenants.
- Perform minor maintenance tasks and not afraid to get your hands dirty.
- Climb ladders for basic property fixes.

**Requirements**:

- Strong administrative skills with expertise in overall organization.
- Excellent customer relationship management abilities.
- Ability to multi-task and work within deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have a full G-license and a clean driver’s abstract.
- Must reside in Milton, Ontario, or the immediate surrounding area.
- Team-oriented mindset.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
