Finance/payroll/office Assistant

Howson & Howson Limited seeking a reliable individual to become an integral part of our team as a Finance/Payroll/Office Assistant in its head office in Blyth, ON.

What you will be doing:

- Creating, sending, and following up on Invoices for Accounts Receivable
- Processing Payments
- Processing Accounts Payable
- Assisting with weekly, monthly and annual reporting
- Updating Financial Records
- Processing Bi-weekly Payroll
- Entering Payroll information into software and preparing payments for Employees
- Process new hire paperwork
- Providing assistance with office administrative duties
- Secondary coverage of front office duties as needed

- Ability to ensure/maintain confidentiality
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Able to work efficiently as part of a team and independently
- Good organization, time management, and prioritizing skills

- Strong work ethic
