Nous sommes à la recherche d'un rédacteur de procédures ayant (préférablement) de l'expérience dans les politiques, procédures et structures de gestion d'entreprise liées à l'aviation/aérospatiale. Vous serez responsable de collaborer avec divers responsables de départements internes pour créer, maintenir, mettre à jour des manuels, des politiques, des procédures et des documents associés.

Responsabilités:

- Le rédacteur de procédures standardisera les processus, politiques et manuels de procédures pour toutes les divisions du groupe Innotech-Execaire Aviation.
- Doit travailler avec le service de formation pour aider les employés à comprendre et à mettre en œuvre les changements requis.

Exigences
- Expérience dans la rédaction de politiques et procédures pour une entreprise aéronautique ou aérospatiale. Expérience avec les normes suivantes : TCCA, JIG, ICAO, IS-BAO, IS-BAH, AS9100, ATA100. Familier avec les outils et langages suivants : anglais simplifié (SE) et langage de balisage généralisé standard (SGML), MS Office, JDE, FrameMaker, Citrix Arbortext
- Diplôme d'études collégiales ou universitaires en communication, documentation technique ou formation pertinente.
- Maîtrise de l'anglais parlé et écrit obligatoire, français parlé et écrit un atout.
- Minimum 2 ans d'expérience dans un environnement de documentation technique.

We are looking for a Procedures Writer with experience in aviation/aerospace related policies, procedures and business management structures. You will be responsible to collaborate with various internal department managers to create, maintain, upgrade manuals, policies, procedures, and associated documents.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the planning, scheduling and coordination of the workload, including the following activities:

- The Procedures Writer shall standardize processes, policy and procedure manuals for all divisions of the Innotech-Execaire Aviation Group.
- Shall work with the training department to help employees understand and implement required changes.
