Our goal at Dr. Bee is to provide people with natural health products and food goods of excellent quality, purity, and effectiveness by sharing the treasures of the beehive. We began with 16 hives in 1996 and have grown into one of the most well-respected honey bee product producers & purveyors in Canada.

**About the Position**

This entry-level position is primarily responsible for preparing and delivering outbound orders in addition to standard production line work for a variety of honey products. There are opportunities for growth in the position to specialize in responsibilities related to shipping & receiving, inventory control, and company logistics. If you enjoy being hands-on and maintaining an efficient & organized workflow, then this is the job for you.

**Responsibilities**

Delivery and Shipping & Receiving
- Safely and efficiently transport goods from the company warehouse to various locations in the lower mainland by operating the company delivery van (Mercedes Sprinter)
- Picking and loading orders for local delivery and ensuring they are properly secured and protected during transit
- Maintaining accurate records of deliveries and obtaining proof of delivery
- Coordinating with colleagues to confirm delivery details, effectively plan delivery routes, and resolve any issues or complaints related to delivery
- Picking and packing outbound orders for pickup for ecommerce online orders and wholesale orders
- Assist in receiving inbound shipments

Production Work
- Handling and bottling of raw materials
- Labelling, capping, sealing, and boxing of various products
- Maintaining cleanliness of the warehouse
- Miscellaneous production and warehousing tasks

**Requirements and Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Class 5 Driver’s licence or better with a clean driver’s abstract
- Previous experience in a delivery role (1+ years required)
- Previous experience in shipping & receiving roles are an asset
- Physically fit and able to lift products up to 50 lbs consistently
- Strong attention to detail and organized
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Adaptable with strong problem-solving skills
- Good sense of food safety, relevant certifications are preferred

**Compensation/Benefits**
- Starting salary of $20-22/hr depending on experience and skill set
