**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide a variety of hair cutting, styling, and grooming services tailored to client preferences.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable styles.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstations in accordance with health regulations.
- Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and managing client flow.
- Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience and drive retail sales.
- Foster positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and grooming techniques.

**Experience**
- Proven experience as a Barber or in a similar role within the beauty industry is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Familiarity with front desk operations is a plus.
- Knowledge of hair styling techniques, sanitation practices, and customer service excellence.
- Ability to upsell products and services confidently while maintaining professionalism.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
