THE ROLE IN A NUTSHELL

Providing exemplary customer service that meets GreenShield's Health standardsData entry of patient care information into Kroll ensuring all required documentation is adequateUnderstanding, recognizing, and resolving third party adjudicationAssisting in coordination of next day deliveries and medication refillsTroubleshoot all billing errors before next day’s deliveryPulling all scheduled deliveries and organizing next day deliveriesEnsure all copayments are charged or forwarded to appropriate payerProvide pharmacy team with medication totals for upcoming delivery before cut off time to ensure we have appropriate stockCo-ordinate with all patient support programs regarding billing errors, plan maximums, co-pay assistance, and free of charge medicationsOther duties as assigned by the Pharmacy Operations Manager

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Proficient in Kroll (minimum 2 years of experience)Retail or community pharmacy experience with excellent knowledge in pharmacy operations (minimum 2 years of experience)Excellent communication and customer service skillsEffective organizational skills and excellent time management skills with the proven ability to multi-taskExcellent problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve issues independently in an effective and efficient mannerDetail oriented with the ability to work under mínimal supervision

**Work location** - in person at Mississauga, London OR Ottawa

**Work type** - Permanent - Full Time

**Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday, 8 hour shifts. (No weekends, no week nights)
