**Description of Duties**
- Assist in taking signed jobs from sales through scheduling, procurement, installation, construction, and closing of custom home projects
- Build strong relationships with clients and help maintain client satisfaction
- Maintain profitability by minimizing setbacks, maintaining schedule, and working efficiently as a team
- Communicate daily with Project Managers and relay information to all on-site team members to ensure procedures and schedules are followed
- Oversee, train, and support new and ongoing team members

**Skills & Requirements**
- 4+ years of experience in residential construction (custom experience a bonus)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Experience in leading, training, and inspiring a team
- Experience in analyzing a process, determining most efficient way to carry out a task, and implementing such task
- Framing, foundations, drywalling, tiling, and any trade-specific experience an asset but not required.
- Basic computer/technical abilities and organization skills
- Experience in scheduling, procurement, and production
- Strong attention to detail and precision in carrying out tasks

**Salary**: $35.00-$45.00 per hour
